We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for peak wedding and event seasons. Some items are limited in quantity and dates can fill quickly. Last-minute inquiries are welcome, but availability cannot be guaranteed.

We are based in St. Agatha, Ontario and primarily serve Waterloo Region, St. Jacobs, Elora, Wellington County, Cambridge, Guelph, and surrounding areas. Travel outside these regions may be available upon request.

Clients will be responsible for repair or replacement costs for items returned with significant damage, missing pieces, or excessive wear. Full details will be outlined in your rental agreement.

Absolutely. We’re happy to coordinate with your planner, venue, or other vendors to ensure a smooth event experience.

Yes. All rental items are cleaned and inspected before and after each event to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.

Many of our items can be used outdoors in fair weather conditions. Please let us know if your event is outdoors so we can recommend suitable pieces and usage guidelines.

At this time, we focus on rental offerings. We’re happy to provide recommendations on how to style our pieces or work alongside your planner or stylist.

Yes. Rentals are available for photoshoots, styled shoots, and content creation. Please specify the intended use when inquiring.

A damage waiver or security deposit may be required depending on the rentals selected. Full details will be outlined in your rental agreement.

Late returns or extended use may result in additional fees. Please notify us in advance if your event timing changes, as extensions may not be possible when rentals are scheduled for another event.
